A reflection of our year and why you can be confident in our heat pump engineering services
On October 14th, 2024, we officially began our first work as EnviroRight Renewables. Reflecting over the past year, we've had the pleasure of collaborating with several outstanding local heating and renewables businesses. We've found and helped lots of new domestic customers, completed all kinds of heat pump engineering works and been busy behind the scenes building our business in the right way for our future.
As we celebrate a year of EnviroRight Renewables, we're taking a moment to share our achievements and the milestones we've reached. We're thrilled to have successfully completed over 150 jobs, including sub contracts, heat pump services, maintenance and installations. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has resulted in working with many happy customers, which for us is the most important measure of success.
Whilst EnviroRight may be a new kid on the block, the heat pump engineering skills and experitise in the business has been honed for over 15 years. Director and Engineer Chris Morris is a deep specialist in heat pump technologies, which is why he sub-contracts to a number of highly reputable and popular local businesses. However, Chris' passion for heat pump technology, means he loves nothing more than helping heat pump owners with complex and nuanced heat pump needs.
In the first year EnviroRight has serviced and maintained many heat pump heating systems across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. From air source heat pumps, ground source and even air to air heat pumps, Chris has been out to help our customers with all kinds of systems and preferences. Chris knows how to help heat pump owners get the most from their system and how to operate it in the most efficient and effective way. However, we know that choosing a tradesperson or company to help you is often a daunting task. You never really know who is about to turn up and we all want to be confident we've chosen a reliable expert. That''s why it was important for us to become an OFTEC registered heating business.

Choosing an OFTEC registered heating business for your heat pump installation or heat pump service and maintenance, means you can be confident in the skills and professionalism of the engineer. OFTEC engineers are highly trained ensuring your installation and servicing are performed safely and correctly.
To become a registered heating business we had to evidence our commitment to quality standards and ongoing and up to date training. Chris Morris has been a heat pump engineer for many years, working with 1000's of customers across Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire, but having the most up to date heat pump qualifications is something he is commited to and passionate about.
Becoming an OFTEC registered heating business also means Chris is part of the competent persons scheme and can commission and sign off his own heat pump installations, self certifying his work meets building regulations.
As well as OFTEC registration Chris has also refreshed his subject matter expertise with some of the leading heat pump providers, Mitsubishi and Daikin. This means that when you choose EnviroRight for your Daikin heat pump installation or servicing you can be confident in that you're working with a Daikin Sustainable Home Expert.

Mitsubishi, another of Chris' preferred suppliers, also recognise Chris as an Approved Installer, but the reality is that when it comes to heat pumps, Chris has worked with many different makes and models. There are very few types of heat pump call out, breakdown, installation or maintenance that Chris hasn't dealt with before!
This type of heat pump engineering experience and skill set mean Chris is well placed to help with complex heat pump call outs, but it's not only servicing and maintenance that have kept him busy this year. EnviroRight renewables already have a very happy customers who have chosen us for their heat pump installations. We can design, supply and install heat pump systems in all shapes and sizes including:
Air Source Heat Pump Installations
Ground Source Heat Pump Installations
Air to Air Heat Pump Installations
Domestic Heat Pump Installations
Commercial and Large Project Heat Pump Installations
This year Chris has also overseen and project managed entire installations, including the plumbing, electrics and MVHR elements of install.
When it comes to first time installations, we know that many people want to take advantage of the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. This grant means you can reduce the cost of replacing your boiler with a heat pump. If you're interested in learning more you can read about the scheme here https://www.gov.uk/apply-boiler-upgrade-scheme.
EnviroRight renewables partners with carefully selected umbrella partners, to enable customers to make use of the scheme and benefit from confidence that their installation meets MCS standards.
With a whole year under our belt, we're excited by the work in our diary for the rest of 2025 and beyond. Our diary is filling up faster and faster, so it's important to reach out ahead of your heat pump servicing due date to secure your slot in our diary. For heat pump engineering call outs and breakdowns, we will always try to speak to customers within 24 hours. By submitting an enquiry our calling us, you can usually speak to an expert engineer the same day. Follow up engineering will then be arranged based on an initial assessment of your needs over the phone.
Being based in Bournemouth has made us well located to provide heat pump engineering services across most of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire. Whilst our first anniversary has been cause for celebration, we're straight back to it and ready to help our new and existing customers as we look forward to an even busier and brighter 2026!
