About Us
We know that when you use an engineer for the first time it can be daunting. We all hope we have chosen the right person for the job, but often have no idea who's about to arrive at our home! That's why we want to share a bit of information about us and introduce you to business owner and engineer Chris Morris. Hopefully this helps take the anxiety away when you put your faith in EnviroRight Renewables for the first time!
Chris' Story
When it comes to heating your home you're in safe hands with Chris. He has been in plumbing and heating for over 20 years and spent the last 16 years working with renewables. Based in Bournemouth he has helped many heat pump owners in Dorset and the surrounding counties. He has a passion for renewable heating technology, you might even think of him as a bit of a heat pump geek! However, he knows that what matters the most, is helping his customers achieve reliable heating and hot water that runs as efficiently as possible. Despite a wealth of experience, he is committed to his ongoing development, regularly training with some of the leading manufacturers and trade association to keep his knowledge at the cutting edge of heat pump technology.

Up until October 2024, Chris worked with a local and well respected company based in Ferndown, designing, installing and commissioning renewable energy solutions to MCS standards. This gave him an opportunity to gain a breadth of hands-on experience, learning from some of the early adopters of this technology. In recent years, he started to notice that more and more engineers are adopting the technology and installing air source and ground source heat pumps. However, the skills gap hasn't quite kept up with demand in the UK and whilst installation professionals are now much easier to find, it can be tricky to find heat pump experts who specialise in the servicing and maintenance of heat pumps.

Not only does Chris have deep expertise and experience in heat pump design and installation, but he is also a specialist in heat pump servicing, fault finding and repairs. Chris frequently helps heat pump owners who can't find a heat pump engineer to diagnose or fix their issues. In many cases customers have tried multiple engineers before being given Chris' name by another professional or finding us online.

After many years with his previous employer, Chris decided to set up EnviroRight Renewables Ltd in 2024. His aim is to offer his deep expertise in heat pump servicing, breakdowns, maintenance and repair to heat pump owners across Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire. He wants to help as many people as possible adopt renewable technologies and harness their heat pump to its full potential.
