Whether you have a heat pump fault code you can't resolve, or you've got no heating or hot water, our expert engineer has the experience needed to get your heat pump working again.

There are very few types of heat pump faults and breakdowns he hasn't dealt with before, so if you need a heat pump expert for a heating or hot water issue you're in safe hands. ​
What can we help with?
Our engineer has years of hands-on experience responding to heat pump breakdowns and call outs. Often the solution is a familiar one and can be resolved quickly. Sometimes, he is even able to resolve an issue over the phone!
Pricing
If you live within our service area an initial call out is just £75!* This includes diagnostics and the first 30 minutes of engineering (if required). In many cases this covers the call out and the remedial work in full!

Occasionally, more work, spare parts or follow ups are required. Our engineer will take time to go through the options and pricing with you (before proceeding with anything that isn't included in the initial call out fee). Our additional engineering is charged at £45 per hour (plus materials and additional resources).
*If you live outside of our service area an additional mileage and travel charge may apply. These rates are valid in 2025 and we reserve the right to review them at any time. However, any rate increases would not apply to any work that has already been agreed at the current rate.
